Shipping & Handling
1. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). For orders within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. We are continuously striving to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at pipabella.support@nykaa.com or call/whatsapp us at 1800-210-0202 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.
2. Through what carrier do you ship?
We use Delhivery for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1000.
You will also be notified from Delhivery when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchange
1. I would like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then. We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (we will refund you the money in whatever form of payment was done for the order, example: credit card payment will have a credit card refund, COD payments will have an online cash transfer, UPI payments will be refunded back to your UPI account). Please note that we only accept unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners.

2. I would like to cancel something I have bought:

We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please call us at 1800-210-0202 or email us at pipabella.support@nykaa.com

3. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?

Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you would like a replacement for the same item, please email us at pipabella.support@nykaa.com or call us at 1800-210-0202

4. How will I know if you've received my return package?

Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund
