1. When will my order ship?

    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). For orders within Mumbai, we process and ship orders within 24 hours. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

    We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

  2. Through what carrier do you ship?

    We use Aramex, Bluedart, Wow Express, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes and domestic shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.

    You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. Please click here to track your shipment using tracking number or your order number.

  3. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to selected countries. Please click here to view our International Order policies. If you can't see your country in the list, then please call/whatsapp us at +91 8448448604 and we will provide you with shipping rates and transit times.

  4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

    While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel. 

  1. I'd like to return something I bought. What's the procedure?

    No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many baubles around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy (with online refunds for online payments and store credit for COD payments) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.

    The only exception is for personalized pieces or SALE items, which unfortunately are final sale only. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your refund. Your return shipping charges will be free if you choose to use our logistics partners.

  3. Can I exchange an item with another one on your website?

  4. How will I know if you've received my return package?

    Once you send us your parcel, please allow for two weeks for your package to arrive and for us to process your refund.

  5. I want something that's sold out! What should I do?

    You can simply click on the "Notify Me" button and fill in your contact details. If we're able to restock that item, you'll be sure to get a call or email from us!

  1. What modes of payment do you accept?

    We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI, Tez, and Cash On Delivery. For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

  1. What are PB Reward points?

    PB Reward points are our way of saying a big thank you for being a loyal customer and shopping with us! For every Re 1 spent, you earn 1 point. To redeem your points, spend 10 points to get 1 Re off (Eg: Say you place your first order for Rs. 1000. You will earn 1000 points.

  2. How do I apply PB Reward Points?

    To apply PB Reward points to your order, you will first need to log in. Once logged in and ready to checkout, you can apply your PB Reward Points at the payment step.

  3. Can I club a discount and PB Reward Point together?

    Yes you certainly can! For example, if you have Rs. 2000 of sparkle in your bag and you apply 2500 points (that’s Rs. 250) to that order, your subtotal would then be Rs. 1750. You can then apply a 15% promo code to your new subtotal, and receive an addition Rs. 262 off your order (15% off Rs. 1750).

    Hence you end up paying Rs. 1487 for an item that is valued at Rs. 2000! Is that a great deal or what?

  4. Is there a limit to how many PB Reward Points can be used for an order? 

    Yes. You can redeem a maximum of 2500 points or Rs. 250 per order.

  5. When will the points reflect in my account?

    Your points will reflect in your account 15 days after your order is received by you.

  6. What happens to my PB Reward Points when I make a return?

    If you return an order, the PB Reward points earned on that order will be deducted from your account

  7. Are my PB Reward Points transferrable or exchangable for hard cash?

    The PB Reward points are not transferable to any other user and neither can they be exchanged for hard cash.

  8. Can my PB Reward Points be applied on the shipping charges?
